How do I pair my solos® Smart Glasses with my mobile device?
To pair your glasses, ensure they are charged, then press and hold the power button on the temple until the LED indicator flashes. Open your device's Bluetooth settings and select 'solos Smart Glasses' from the list of available devices.
Are solos® Smart Glasses water-resistant?
Yes, solos® Smart Glasses are IPX4 water-resistant, meaning they are protected against sweat and light rain splashes, making them ideal for outdoor workouts and daily commutes.
Can I get prescription lenses for my smart glasses?
Absolutely. solos® offers a variety of lens options, including prescription, blue light filtering, and polarized sunglasses. You can upload your prescription directly during the checkout process.
What is your shipping and delivery policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Prescription orders may take an additional 5-7 business days for custom lens laboratory processing.
What is the return policy for solos® products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-prescription smart glasses in their original condition. Please note that custom prescription lenses are non-refundable, but the frames can be exchanged or returned if they meet our policy criteria.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
The battery is designed to provide up to 11 hours of music streaming or 8 hours of phone calls. A full charge typically takes approximately 1.5 hours using the included magnetic charging cable.
